Will Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Fit Short Wheelbase 2000 Pontiac Montana?

I have a short wheelbase Montana, will this hitch fit as well. Also I’m a little confused on the wiring harness, I see several listed. Tom

Yes, the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # 13344, will fit your 2000 Pontiac Montana with a short wheelbase. This hitch would actually be my recommendation for you. I usually prefer Curt trailer hitches because I know they like to be a little liberal with their powder coating and in this case, it has the highest weight capacities of any hitch for your van so it has plenty of built-in safety margin.
All of the wiring harnesses for your vehicle are basically the same thing, but built by different manufactures. There really isn't much of a difference between them, but I'd recommend going with the Curt Wiring Harness # C55355, as we've found the converter in this harness to be better than the other options available for your vehicle.
