Are Trailer Tires Available Already Mounted on a Wheel
Question:
I was looking at new wheel / tires for my camper trailer. This is probably a stupid question. But does the tire come mounted on the rim already? Or I need to take them in somewhere to have them mounted / balanced? I was looking at: # AM31957. Thank you!

It's not a stupid question at all!
In this instance, you can obtain the 13 x 4-1/2 white powder coated wheel with a 5 lug on 4-1/2 inch bolt circle individually as part # AM20253, the ST175/80R13 Load Range C tire individually as part # AM10199 or the tire already mounted on the wheel as part # AM31957.
The wheel/tire combos aren't machine balanced when we receive them, nor do we have the necessary equipment here to do that but you could have the tires balanced locally if you wish. Because trailers don't have steer axles, it's not as important that they be perfectly balanced as it would be on a passenger vehicle.
