I'll start this off by saying that typically 5200-lbs axles use 12" brake assemblies, so we're not going to have a 10" brake assembly that has a 5200-lbs capacity. The largest capacity 10" assembly as you've noticed is 4400-lbs, which you can use the Dexter # K23-478-479. These are self adjusting brakes that are basically a set and forget in terms of ever needing to adjust your brakes, so they're easy to use and require very little maintenance.

If you are sure that you've got 5200-lb axles on your trailer, you should be able to move up to 12" brake assemblies by getting new hub/drum assemblies, without any issue. If you want to try to go that route, just let me know what bearings you've got on your hubs/drums, the bolt pattern and your wheel size, and I can work on finding you the correct parts.
