How Loud Is The Bulldog BDW41003 Portable Air Compressor
Question:
1. How loud is this compressor? 2. Where can I go to find reviews? I havent been able to find any. We have a 2020 Ford Expedition, but the compressor is mainly for our Rockwood WS2612 travel trailer. 3. Is there an extension hose for this product?

The manufacturer wasn't able to provide an actual decibel reading for the noise that is generated by the Bulldog Winch Portable Air Compressor # BDW41003, but it's not going to be nearly as loud as a larger standard air compressor. I've linked one of our YouTube videos that shows Colin using it to air up tires and a soccer ball inside one of our installation bays and it's not too terribly loud. This unit can be connected to your trailer's auxiliary battery and easily stored because of the small 10-1/2" long x 5-1/2" wide x 7-1/2" tall foot print.
The hose on this unit extends around 16-1/2 feet, so it should be sufficient for most applications. If you needed a hose longer than that, there is not a specific extension hose available so you would need to source one locally. The included hose does come with a pressure gauge that prevents over inflation built in, so you would lose that feature if you replace the hose.
When it comes to reviews, Bulldog products in my experience are highly reliable, and although there are no specific reviews for this particular model we do have some other ones that have been reviewed. I think you'll find that in almost all instances, customers are extremely happy with them. I've linked our YouTube review of this compressor to this answer for you to have a look at and see how loud the unit is when it's turned on.
