Will 5th Wheel Trailer Come Out of B&W Companion?
Question:
I am worried about the trailer coming out of the hitch from bouncing or hard breaking.

The B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch # BWRVK3305 offers interlocking jaws that surround the kingpin at 360 degrees, so the trailer will not come out of the hitch. When you hook up to your fifth wheel trailer the king pin on your trailer slides into the jaws on your hitch and there is a locking pin that locks that king pin into the hitch. If the trailer you're towing is under 25,000 pounds fully loaded, this hitch will have no problem with your trailer. There will always be some noise coming from the hitch. Since the B&W hitch has interlocking jaws the hitch doesn't rattle as much as the competitors.
If your F-350 does not have an in bed 7-way, I highly recommend part # C57008. This harness allows you to plug your trailer wiring into the bed and keep those wires from hanging outside of the vehicle.
