The Thule Passage 2 Bike Rack, # TH910XT, is listed as a fit for the 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser, however, Thule does not test their bike racks of vehicles with spoilers. Some spoilers cannot handle the weight of a bike rack and bikes and will begin to bend or deform.
As long as the lip on your vehicle is a molded part of the metal door and not a separate plastic spoiler, then you should have no problem using this bike rack. The rear wiper will not interfere with mounting this bike rack, but the wiper cannot be used when the bike rack is mounted.
If you have a separate plastic spoiler, then I would recommend adding a trailer hitch and using a hitch mounted bike rack. A trunk mounted bike rack could possibly damage a plastic spoiler since they are not meant to support a load.
If you were interested in adding a trailer hitch, then you will want to look at the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 24759. With this hitch you can use any of the Class I compatible hitch mounted bike racks that we carry. I have attached a link to all of the bike racks that will fit this trailer hitch for you.
If you plan on carrying any womens, childrens, or alternative bike frames, then you may want to pick up the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. Some small or angled bike frames are difficult to load on bike racks and this adapter allows you to load the bikes easily and safely. I have also attached a video demonstration of this adapter bar.
