I reached out to Curt who gave me guidelines but said there wasn't a specific torque rating for the Curt Lunette Ring - Adjustable Channel Mount - 3" Diameter # C48660.

They said in these cases just to go by the industry standard torque for the bolts used, which is 159 lb-ft. for the 5/8" Diameter x 5-1/2" long Grade 8 hex bolts from the Curt Bolt Kit for Adjustable Channel Mounted Lunette Rings # C48620.

For channel mounts you will need either the Curt 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket # C48610 or 5-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket # C48650.

I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Curt Lunette Ring # C48660.
