I have a RBW FIFFTH WHEEL MODEL 100000 LITIL ROCKER I NEED THE L BRACKETS THAT GO ON THE FRAME CAN I ORDER JUST THEM

I believe you are referring to the L-brackets for the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035, which are the only Reese brackets that fit your 1993 Ford F-250 or F-350 (RBW products have been discontinued for quite some time).
If those are the brackets you need, they do come separately. What you need is:
