I can absolutely recommend the best 5th wheel installation kit and base rails for your 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty, though we don't have any type of instructions for an RBW 5th wheel hitch. I can tell you that the RBW hitches fit industry standard base rails, and for your 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty I highly recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit with Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50082-58.
The reason I really like this kit is because it does not require any drilling into your truck's frame rails to install. This is not only great for your truck but also means the installation is going to be simpler and take less time than a universal kit, which is the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035.
While both fit your truck the best option is definitely the Custom Installation Kit # RP50082-58.
