For a replacement mounting bracket, you can use part # FRCBRKT-BL. This is compatible with all Furrion Vision S RV cameras that use the shark fin style housing, including your model FOS48TAPK-BL, which has been replaced by # FOS43TASF.

What you have is actually what's currently used on the Demco Hijackers like the part #DM8550022. The part #DM6171 is a special adapter for using the Hijacker with a Rota Flex cushioned pin box and that's why it is setup differently.
