For your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty long bed with factory 5th wheel prep you can use a fixed 5th wheel hitch designed for that factory prep package. The highest-rated 5th wheel we offer for this setup is the 27K Reese M5 Series # RP30922. This includes a wiring harness and comes fully-assembled. A review video to illustrate is linked for you. This hitch drops into the factory pucks with no rails needed and it allows you to have a clear bed when you need it.
For in bed wiring so you don't have to run the trailer connector over the tailgate use the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C57010. This will give you a 7-way connector to plug your fifth wheel right into. I like this one because it is designed for aluminum beds and also the 90 degree harness coming out of the in bed socket makes installation very easy. The instructions are linked for you to check out as well as some helpful videos.
