I can help you determine which bearings your hubs have, but I'm unable to find any information regarding the NV176462 axle you mentioned so you will need to remove the hubs and either check for the numbers that are stamped on them or measure the spindles using a digital calipers like the # PTW80157. Once you have that information, you can choose the correct bearing replacements. If you need a complete hub, you'll also need to know the bolt pattern that is on the drum to make sure that you get one that matches your wheels.
The brakes are going to be a little bit easier to find. Since you have a 5200-lbs axle and you're looking for self adjusting brakes, I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA since they're self adjusting like you're looking for and the e-coated backing plates will do a good job of resisting rust.
I've linked some helpful articles on trailer bearings, an installation video of trailer brakes and a diagram that shows how to find your bearing numbers or measure your trailer spindle to determine which bearings you'll need. If you can let me know what bearings you find on your trailer, I can help you locate them so that you know you're getting all of the parts you need.
