Does Roadmaster BrakeMaster for RV With Air Brakes Apply Towed Vehicle Brakes at Same Time as RV
Question:
when my rv air brakes engages the exhaust/engine brake, does it apply the brakes of my roadmaster 9160 in my jeep?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes it does. The Roadmaster BrakeMaster System with BrakeAway for RVs with Air or Air Over Hydraulic Brakes # RM-9160 does tie into your motorhome's air brakes to apply the brakes to your towed vehicle, which in your case you said is a Jeep.
This means there is going to be the same braking on your Jeep as you have on your motorhome - the braking is synchronized.
I have added a link to an install and video review for you to check out as well of the Roadmaster BrakeMaster # RM-9160.
