Question:
Will the Curt C18145 work on back of Fifth Wheel with factory 1 1/4 inch receiver? If not what would be recommended? Thanks.

If you are wanting a cargo carrier for the 1-1/4 receiver of your fifth wheel camper, I would recommend the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C1814. When it comes to cargo carries on the back of motorhomes and campers, a straight shank will hold up much better than a fold up carrier or one with a rise in the shank. Since the Curt is a straight shank I recommend it.
I linked a video review of the carrier for your reference.
