Will the Thule T2 Pro XTB Bike Rack Fit a 2019 Jeep Wrangler With Spare Tire
Question:
I have a related question about the hitch extender. I have a 2019 jeep wrangler with spare tire. You recommended the MT70024. That seems like it would be a little too long. Is there a shorter extender that would work for the Thule Hitch Bike rack along with the spare tire. Thanks

In order to determine if the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV will clear the rear spare tire on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler you need to have no more than 7" from the center of the trailer's hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper. If not, you can use the Brophy Hitch Extender part # HE06 which provides a 7-3/8" long extension and is currently the shortest we have available.
If you don't have to want to use a hitch extender you can look into a trailer hitch with longer shank, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13392.
