I have a really great solution for a rack and tonneau cover for the bed of your 2020 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed. I recommend installing the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rail # RTT-60373 on your 2020 Ford F-150 and then using the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack w/ 78" HD Crossbars # Y01151-59 with the Adapter Kit # Y01155 to carry your kayaks and bikes. You can use the Yakima ForkLift # Y02098 bike rack for both of your bikes.

Since all of the parts are from Yakima you can lock everything to the ladder rack with the Yakima Same Key System # Y07204.

For a more cost-effective combination that we know works together I recommend the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39329 which is a hard roll-up tonneau cover that supplies great security when your tailgate is closed and locked, along with the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-508 and the bike rack that I mentioned above. This doesn't give you as much flexibility since the cover can't be stopped at any location and the legs of the SR aren't height adjustable but we do know that these parts work together.
