For your 2020 Honda Pilot we have the very easy to install 4-way kit from Tekonsha part # 118760 and also the 7-way part # 118286. The 4-way is probably the more common type of wiring you'd need for a Pilot as it's mostly used on smaller campers without brakes. Whereas the 7-way is more common on trailers with brakes. These also are very easy to install and have the most reliable converter box of the available options for your vehicle so I recommend them highly.
