The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3370 and Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16530-16020 are both great options for a 2019 Ford F-350. I recommend the B&W Companion but the Curt Q20 is a very close second. The B&W Companion has a set of very thick dual locking jaws which will provide greater security as well as a tighter fit than the Curt Q20 and this translates to a smoother ride. The B&W Companion also has a cam action handle compared to the Curt Q20 which has a standard action handle which will allow for uncoupling the trailer on unlevel ground without much force.
In summary, if you were to ask what the best fifth wheel hitch for a 2019 Ford F-350 is then it would be the B&W Companion but the Curt Q20 is still a great option at a better price. If you don't have the budget for the B&W Companion then you will still be very happy with the Curt Q20. I have attached an install video of the B&W Compnaion on a 2019 Ford F-350 for you as well.
