I have 2 fat bikes with front fenders M2S R750 bikes, will the NV 2.0 work with these front fenders to push down right in front of each fender? Thank you

I have a solution for you, but the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G is not a great choice for bikes when front wheel fenders since the wheel hooks will likely make contact with those fenders. Since your bikes have aluminum frames, I recommend using the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR which is a platform rack like the NV 2.0 but will secure the bikes by the frames as opposed to the wheels; this means that you don't have to worry about damaging the fenders or creating a connection that doesn't fully secure your M2S R750 E-bikes.
The Sport Rider SE has all of the same features as the Kuat NV 2.0, so you're not sacrificing any functionality, plus the SE has a 80-lbs per bike capacity compared to the 65-lbs capacity on the NV 2.0. The padded frame hooks won't damage the frames of the bikes, and the locking mechanisms on the hooks help provide security for your bikes when they're on the rack. It's not as aesthetically pleasing as the NV 2.0, but the Sport Rider SE2 is the best choice to carry your M2S R750 bikes on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner.
I've linked a review video of the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 that you might want to have a look at to see how it stacks up to the NV 2.0.
