If it were my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 I would get the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775. It's rated at 20K lbs GTW and 5K lbs TW and drops into the 4 receivers/pucks in the bed of your truck.
The built in slider moves the trailer and hitch back 12" to gain more clearance during slow speed turns. Clearance issues are pretty common for trucks towing a 5th wheel with less than an 8 ft bed so a slider is used to gain more.
I have always liked B&W hitches, they are very well built, and are one of the best on the market. The jaws on the head are 1" thick and wrap around the king pin for a really solid connection. The head sits on top of polyurethane bushing, so when it pivots there's no clanking or banging, and since the head can pivot front to back and side to side with the trailer it will reduce chucking.
If you need in bed wiring I recommend the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410.
I linked the parts, and included a few videos for reference. Enjoy your new truck, and happy towing!
