Neither the Curt # C13421 or the Draw-Tite # 76290 Class III hitches would require any trimming or modification of the vehicle. Both hitches install in the same manner, bolting to the underside of the frame member, and both would appear pretty identical with only the receiver tube and safety chain loop being visible under the rear bumper.
Really the only appreciable difference between the two is that the Draw-Tite # 76290 includes a horizontal bracket welded to the hitch crossbar for mounting a trailer connector (a vertical bracket would still be needed.) So if you'll be needing a trailer connector, you might consider that an advantage.
If you'll be towing with your hitch, you'll need a trailer connector, a ball mount and a trailer ball to round out your towing setup. For a trailer connector, go with the Curt # C56291 which is a plug and play installation and includes fuses needed to activate the tow package. The instructions call for leaving the trailer connector in the cargo area until needed, but if you went with the Draw-Tite hitch and wanted to use the hitch mounted horizontal bracket, you'd also need the vertical bracket, part # 18144. For a trailer ball and ball mount, I'd recommend the etrailer ball mount kit, part # 989900 which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 as well as a 2 inch trailer ball and 2 hitch pins as well as a storage bag.
