Is a Brake Light Relay Required When Using Supplemental Braking on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
Do I need the Brake Light Relay that came with the roadmaster easy-brake if I have the universal harness kit with the 4 diodes for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited?

A brake light relay is not required for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I did check with Roadmaster and they do recommend using a 12 volt power outlet kit, # RM-9332, for any brake system that requires 12 volt power. But a relay is not required on this vehicle.
