Helpful Expert Reply:
The 2014 Ford E-Series Cutaway will have a pre-wired brake controller port under the dash if equipped with a factory seven way trailer connector. Therefore, you just need to obtain a brake controller of your choosing and then the vehicle/brake controller specific adapter. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 with the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3034-P which will be plug-n-play and is one of the most reliable options on the market .
The pre-wired brake controller port should be located up under the dash, near the emergency brake pedal usually taped to other wires.
