In order to mount the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30051 you'll want to use a custom rail kit for your 2018 Ram 1500 like the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50142-58. This will provide you with the base rails you need to mount your Reese # RP30051 in your Ram 1500.
