Question:
I have a Ford 2008 f-150. My trailer brake hooks up in line to the 7 way. Will this hook up in line to make two piggy backs?

Expert Reply:
The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System part # HM50002 will not interfere with the electric brake circuit on your trailer connector. Therefore, the electric trailer brakes will still work just fine while using the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System.
I have attached a photo to better show how the unit installs in regards to the trailer connector portion. If this is not what you are asking please just clarify this for me so I can further assist.
