Reese RP94720 Goose Box 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Capacity
Question:
If my GVWR on my fifth wheel is 12010 will I be good to get the Reese Goosebox 16k
asked by: Albert
Expert Reply:
The GVWR, gross vehicle weight rating represents the maximum your loaded fifth wheel can weight. It represents the dry weight of the fifth wheel + that of all gear, liquids, propane, etc. As long as you don't overload your 5th wheel past that 12010 lb mark, the # RP85FR Reese Goose Box will have plenty of capacity. The # RP85FR Goose Box is a direct replacement for a Lippert 1621 OEM pin box.
