No power on the 4-Way Trailer Connector # 118491 on a 2009 Honda Pilot
Question:
I have installed 118491 on my 09 honda pilot as per the instructions and video however it is still not working. I have tried my test light and there is no power coming through to the 4prong plug. I have checked all the fuses that I installed and all appear fine. How can I trouble shoot or what could be the problem? Thanks!

What I recommend is to remove everything that came with the Tow Ready wiring harness, # 118491, and then start the installation again as if it was the first time. It could be that you missed something and that by going through the steps again will reveal the issue.
Once you have everything except the 4-Way part re-installed, use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 if needed and test the connector on the vehicle where the 4-Way installs. If you still do not get any power when the brakes are applied, when the lights are on, or when the turn signals are on that could mean that something is wrong with the converter or one of the relays and it will need to be replaced.
