Can The Thule Tram Carrier Handle 4 Snowboards
Question:
Does this rack really accommodate 4 snowboards? It looks a little narrow

Yes, per the user manual for the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter for Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks # TH9033, "The maximum capacity for class 1 hitches is 4 pair of skis or 2 snowboards. The maximum capacity for Class 2 hitches is 6 pair of skis or 4 snowboards."
That said when I contacted Thule they said the snowboards would need to be narrower than standard size to fit 4 at once, though a maximum individual snowboard width was not able to be provided.
