Yes, the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack, # Y02458, will fit on the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75148, on your 2007 Acura RDX.
The DoubleDown will fit both 1-1/4 inch Class II and 2 inch receivers. I have attached a review video of this bike rack for you to check out.
If you plan on carrying any womens or childrens bikes, then I would recommend using the Yakima Tube Top Adapter Bar, # Y02531. Some smaller and angled bike frames are difficult to mount on bike racks and mount in awkward positions. This adapter bar will allow you to carry the bikes level.
