Hello. Looking for your recommendations for a slider hitch for my new truck - 2020 Ford F-250 with 6-1/2 foot bed and the factory puck system. Can you give me your top 2? Thanks for your help.

I am happy to recommend what I think are the best 5th wheel hitches available for your 2020 Ford F-250 with the 6-1/2 foot bed (congratulations on the new truck, by the way).
The first hitch I recommend taking a look at is the B&W OEM Companion Slider # BWRVK3370. The Companion line of hitches are considered by many to be the best on the market, and this primarily has to do with its robust design/construction that consists of 1" thick dual jaws that provide an extremely secure connection with the trailer and creates a really smooth, quiet ride during travel, along with durable gray powder coated steel that won't rust over time. Its unique cam-action handle also allows you to easily release the hitch, even when you're parked on unlevel ground.
The Companion features a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity, 12" of slider travel to give you cab clearance during sharp turns, and is made right here in the USA. It will drop right into those factory pucks in the bed for mounting.
The other option I really like for your short bed F-250 is the Demco Hijacker # DM8550038, which like the above-mentioned Companion is designed to mount directly to your truck's factory puck system. The feature that sets the Hijacker apart from all our other options is its automatic slider. As you make sharp maneuvers in the truck, the Hijacker will automatically slide back towards the tailgate to give you the needed clearance. This eliminates the need to stop the truck, leave the cab, and manually operate the slider like with most other options. It also offers a bit more travel with 14", giving you more of a safety margin between the trailer and cab.
I have attached a short video demonstration on each of these hitches that you can also check out.
