Weight Distribution and Sway Control Recommendation 2018 Jayco Eagle 322RLOK
Question:
I own a 2018 Jayco eagle 322RLOK and need a wd/sway control hitch for it. I’m running a Tow vehicle with more than enough capacity to pull and handle it. The dealer installed an under rated system not taking into account a Splendide washer dryer unit I had them install. I then switched to a 14K Andersen system but it doesnt seem to handle it despite countless adjustments. What might I look to?

The best weight distribution/sway control systems are the Equal-i-zers like the part # EQ64FR you mentioned but the trick is picking out a kit that the trailer's loaded tongue weight falls right into the middle of. This system has a tongue weight range of 1,200 - 1,600 lbs. I looked up your 2018 Jayco Eagle 322RLOK and based on the dry weight, dry tongue weight, and GVWR this would be a great option rated perfectly.
For a hitch ball you'd then want the part # C40008 and the socket part # ALL643216 and you'd be set as it comes with a shank already.
