Best Hitch And 4 Bike Platform Rack For 2017 Honda Civic Sedan
Question:
Need to transport a Specialty low entry Rolls bike which has fatter tires on bike.

I would agree a platform style would be your best bet for this style of bike frame.
For a slim design hitch that hides the receiver tube, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C92UR is my recommendation. This hitch is more difficult to install than the Curt # C11604 which is also a confirmed fit but does not provide the same low-profile look.
The Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack in Gray # KU74FR will be a fine fit providing up to 40lbs of carrying capacity per bike and mounting tires up to 3" in width so will work fine on your 2-7/8" tires. The ratcheting hook on pivoting upright arm holds your bike securely by the front wheel with no frame contact and the step through frame design is easy to load. Finally, the rack tilts away too providing access on many vehicles to trunk or hatch.
