Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Where Both Lights Flash with Right Stop/Turn Circuit

When I indicate to my right my hazards go on the boat trailer please help

Sounds like your boat trailer wiring has a short between the right and left stop/turn signals which is causing them both to come one when you apply the right turn signal. Or if neither turn on with the left turn signal you have both ran to the right side and nothing ran to the left stop/turn circuit.
So you'd need to inspect the trailer wiring and either fix the short that is causing the first scenario I mentioned (look for cut or exposed wire and fix as needed) or you'd need to run the circuits properly if the second scenario I mentioned was true.
