What Does Standard Height Mean For Dometic 510 Series RV Toilet

Question:

Is the height of the Dometic 510 Series RV Toilet really standard? I have bought a toilet in the past that said standard but actually feels like I am sitting on the floor. I am sort of tall. Also how is the flushing power?

Great question Brad. The height of the Dometic Full-Timer (510 series) Boat and RV Toilet # DOM79FR is 19" which is on the taller side for a toilet in a residential building. The standard height of a comfortable toilet according to my research is 17-19" so this toilet should suit you well.

The toilet is designed with "PowerFlush" technology that uses pressure to create a high speed vortex to keep the bowl clean. The foot pedal on the side of the toilet controls the water input just push it halfway down to fill the bowl before use.

Your company told me a replacement for my Sealand 311 toilet is a 510 H. But my toilet is a low profile with a 12.50 height. What would be the replacement for it?

We have some low profile toilets from Dometic but they are all about 15-1/2" tall. From what I could find online it looks like a replacement for yours is available - we just don't carry it. I'd start off by going to the Dometic site and looking at the "Find a Dealer" tab to see who carries it. https://www.dometic.com/en-us/us/products/hygiene-and-sanitation/sanitation/rv-toilets/dometic-311-_-143750
