Will the Lippert Thin Shade Still Operate with a Screen Door?

On mod. LC806621 shade can you operate with screen door shut.

Because the Lippert Thin Shade Complete Window Kit # LC806621 installs in your RV or Camper's door, as long as the screen door doesn't rest against the door, it will not be affected by the screen door being closed; additionally, the shade is recessed and protected by an outer "lip" of sorts around the window, so even with some contact the shades will operate. To install the Thin Shade kit, you will need to cut a hole in your RV door 15" wide x 24" tall to fit this window in your RV door; from there, the kit will "sandwich" the hole you've cut in the door.
