Can Rear View Safety RV Camera System Securely Mount Camera to RV Metal Siding

Question:

I have just purchased a Furrion Vision S backup camera that I want to install onto my 2016 Wildwood T27RKSS. I emailed Forest River and the lady responded by saying my camper is prewired. However when I took off the center rear marker light I did not find any wiring or mounting plate. I am a little nervous about mounting the camera directly to the metal siding without any support other than four screw because of vibration. Can you give me a little more insight as to how I should mount the camera since I cant get a real answer from Forest River?

I can certainly understand wanting to make sure the camera of the Rear View Safety Wireless Backup Camera System # RVS-2CAM is properly secured so that you don't have to worry about it falling off. That said, the camera is very lightweight and when you install it with the included 4 screws to your metal siding it will be very secure. It will be high enough that nothing is going to ever hit it and also it would be sheltered from high winds too since it's on the back wall. So it won't experience anything that would cause it to break off.
