The Ctek chargers all considered all weather and will not have any issues if exposed to freezing temperatures. The Ctek chargers that we carry operate between -4 and 122 degrees F. They are weather proof but cannot be submerged so if the charger ends up in a melted puddle of ice than it will short out. I recommend to keep the chargers and extension cord off the ground during ice and snow. You may also consider removing the battery from the vehicle and charging it in a garage or shed. I don't recommend charging it in the house though because vehicle batteries will let off gas.

Also, the CTEK MULTI US 25000 High-Capacity 12-Volt Battery Charger with Pulse Maintenance and Backup Power part # CTEK56674 may be overkill for your situation.

I recommend to use the CTEK MULTI US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger w/ Pulse Maintenance and Backup Power part # CTEK56353 which is a bit more cost effective and does the same thing without the mode that maintains vehicle settings during battery changes. The CTEK56674 is a great option but is designed more for automotive shops that switch batteries in and out of vehicles.
