Question:
Currently i need to replace both bearings on my trailer and im looking to also replace the hub.The hub is currently a 4 lug and id like to switch to a 5 lug. If i know the hub size could i figure out the bearing size? Does replacing the hub change the bearing size? Currently the model of my hub is q633 4 on 5 w/ 3-5/8 inch Pilot.

If I knew what hub you have exactly I can determine what bearings it has and from there easily help you pick out a replacement, but typically people in your situation will need to first check the bearing numbers in the hub or measure the spindle to determine what would fit as a replacement and then go from there. I attached a picture with more info on the info needed. If you can get me that info I'll be able to help you pick out the correct replacement with the bolt pattern you are wanting.
To answer your question about bearing size the answer is no, changing hubs does not change bearing size.
