We have really great suspension enhancement kits that fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 cab and chassis model like the Timbren part # TGMRCK25D but we do not have any air bag kits that fit. The really big advantage to the Timbrens though is that unlike air bag kits they do not require any maintenance. You don't ever have to worry about air pressure or leaks and you get an easier install so they are better in a lot of ways.
