Recommendation for Small Trailer to Haul Furniture with 2014 Chevy Cruze
Question:
Hi, I am thinking of purchasing one of your trailer hitches and wiring harnesses. I know the towing capacity is 1000lbs. Can you recommend any trailers? I only plan on move light furniture and some lumber. Nothing big. Thanks

A small utility trailer like the K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame # K2MMT5X7 that we offer would be a great choice for you. The trailer weighs around 450 bs, which would leave lots of capacity available for cargo. The trailer is extremely versatile, with removable sides and a folding front and rear tailgate for tons of carrying options.
The Curt # C11282 hitch you'd looked at would work perfectly, and for a wiring harness I'd recommend # 118508. You'd also need a drawbar like # C45522 and a trailer ball like # C400018
I've linked you to a video demonstration featuring the trailer I mentioned as well as installation videos for the trailer hitch and wiring harness.
