Will the Highland 2005200 roof rack fit securely on a 1998 Honda Accord?

As long as your Accord is a 4 door model, the Darby Roof Rack, part # DTA968 should work just fine for you.
Keep in mind that the amount of weight that you can place on the rack will be limited by the capacity of the vehicle roof. Check for owners manual for the roof capacity, and be sure not to exceed it.
