The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 will work fine for your 2020 Honda Pilot if it does not have the factory trailer connector. In that case the # ETBC7 and a 4 flat connector like the # C56291 would be needed to complete your wiring. There is no plug and play wiring available per the Tekonsha fit guide.
If you have the factory 7-way connector, I would instead recommend the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 as a plug and play brake controller that works wirelessly through your smart phone for a truly simple installation and use. The Echo is very popular and we have a solid track record of successful customer use.
Included are video resources with additional information to get you started either way.
