Upgrading Spring Bars of 750 lb Pro Series Weight Distribution System to 1,000 lb
Question:
I have this set up right now: Pro Series Weight Distribution System w/ Friction Sway Control - Round - 10,000 lbs GTW, 750 lbs TW. I got a larger trailer, 970 TW. Can I just upgrade to the 1,000 TW bars or do I have to replace the hitch as well? My trailer is a 2020 Springdale 303BH if this helps. Here is what I am looking to replace the bars with: Replacement Round Bars for Pro Series Weight Distribution System - 1,000 lbs

The correct spring bar replacement would be the part # PS58441 to upgrade your Pro Series weight distribution system from a 750 lb tongue weight capacity to a 1,000 lb capacity. We've confirmed this with our contacts at Draw Tite/Pro Series/Reese in the past.
