Installing Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit to 2019 Ford Ranger
Question:
wiring the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit to my 2019 Ranger. I followed your video on wiring the diode wiring kit to my 2019 Ranger lariat. Are you sure about the wires used in the video for installing the diodes? i have checked my wiring but i don't get it to work only the right turn signal is active and it blinks the wrong taillights. I don't have a wiring diagram of the Ranger tail light connectors but the only reference i found on line didn't seem to agree with the wires used in the video. thanks

Our installers correctly wired the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 on a 2019 Ford Ranger in the installation video; if you go to the end of the linked video (the 19:30 mark) you can see all of the lights working properly on the Ranger.
It is possible the wires on your '19 Ranger may be different, which is what I'm guessing the issue is due to how you described the wrong lights going on. So you'll want to make sure you use a circuit tester such as # PTW2979 to find your Ranger's brake, turn signal and tail light wires.
