While the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z is a great bike rack it's not the most ideal solution for your heavier e-bike that has a step through frame due to it's lower weight capacity (e-bikes are heavy) and the frame clamps aren't the best suited for the angled frame tube of your bike.
Instead the best Hollywood Racks brand rack would be the RV Rider for E-Bikes part # HLY64FR that has a frame clamp design that easily angles and secures well to the frame style you have and also has the higher weight capacity needed for e-bikes as it has a capacity of 80 lbs per bike. Also the clamps won't interfere with the fenders either. I attached a picture that shows the style of clamp it has as well as a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
I know this is a big jump in price but we also have the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which has the same features mentioned for the RV Rider but also has ramps built into the rack to make loading and unloading as easy as possible too. I attached a review video for this as well.
