You are correct, both the etrailer hitch, # e98855 and # C64NR are confirmed to fit your 2020 Honda Odyssey. However, there are a few details that differentiate the two.
The main thing that sets these two apart is that the Curt # C64NR has a concealed design, so (aside from the square receiver) it's completely hidden behind the bumper, as opposed to the # e98855 which is quite visible. For this reason, I recommend choosing the # C64NR.
That being said, because of the hidden design, to install the Curt # C64NR you'll need to temporarily remove and trim the bumper fascia, making this install a bit more involved and time consuming versus the # e98855. Both require trimming the bottom appearance panel as well.
Below are some other specs to consider:
Curt # C64NR
- Bumper clearance: 4-1/2 inches
- Ground clearance: 13-1/2 inches
- Square tube design
- Capacity: 3500 lbs GTW/525 lbs TW
etrailer # e98855
- Bumper clearance: 3-1/2 inches
- Ground clearance: 13-1/2 inches
- Round tube design
- Capacity: 3500 lbs GTW/525 lbs TW
-Towing capacity 5,000 lbs when using weight distribution
I've also linked installation videos for both at the bottom of the page.
