The first noticeable difference between the Draw-Tite # 76128 and Curt # C13397 trailer hitch receivers for your 2019 Honda CR-V is the design and what it looks like after it is installed. The Draw-Tite looks like a standard trailer hitch where the crosstube is visible while the Curt has a hidden crosstube design which looks more sleek. I have attached photos of both options so you can get a good idea of what the design differences look like.
Aside from that there is a weight rating difference, but that isn't a huge deal since both options greatly exceed the max weight capacity of your CR-V, and then their compatibility with the hands-free liftgate function. The Draw-Tite is compatible with that function and you'll only need to kick to the either side of the receiver while the Curt does block the sensors and you'll need to visit your local Honda dealer for a a sensor relocation kit.
I personally like the Curt option more simply because it looks better but it does have a more difficult installation and you may have to purchase the sensor relocation kit so if you want to save a few bucks and don't mind the crosstube being visible the Draw-Tite is the option you want to go with.
