So there is one main difference between the Class III trailer hitches that fit your 2020 Toyota Sienna, and that's the visibility of the crosstube, with there being options for a concealed crosstube and a visible crosstube:
Concealed Crosstube:
- Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13343
- etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98853
Visible Crosstube:
- Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237
- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105
- etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98837
The best option and what I recommend is a hitch with a concealed crosstube because as you can see by the accompanying photos, hitches with a concealed crosstube have better ground clearance to avoid potentially damaging the hitch when going over a bump, for example, have better bumper clearance for use with accessories, and also keeps the look of your 2020 Toyota Sienna much cleaner than a hitch with a visible crosstube.
And since Draw-Tite has proven over time to make the highest-quality trailer hitches, for your 2020 Sienna I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112, which has a concealed crosstube. I have added a link to a video showing this hitch being installed for you to take a look at as well.
