How much does it weigh? And have a jeep with big spare tire what is distance between pin and closest part of rack.

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack for E-Bikes # HLY64FR that you referenced weighs 58 lbs. I know that seems heavy but in order for a bike rack to be reinforced enough to carry heavy e-bikes and be rated for the rougher ride quality at the rear of RVs the rack has to be really reinforced.

This rack has 12 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest wheel tray so if you measure from your hitch pin out to the furthest point out on the rear spare and it's less than 12 inches this would fit and work well.

Most likely it would fit, and 12 inches is one of the larger dimensions for this measurement so this would be best shot at fitting plus we've found that most of the time 12 inches is enough to clear Jeep spares.
