Helpful Expert Reply:
The Hollywood Racks RV Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack for E-Bikes # HLY64FR that you referenced weighs right at 58 lbs. It's heavier because it's not only reinforced for the rougher ride quality at the rear of RVs but also to handle the heavier weights of E-bikes.
This can carry up to an 80 lb bike.

I had previously purchased the HR200Z bike rack from eTrailer. The HR200Z is rated to carry our two 42 lbs bikes. But, when driving, that rack swings side to side up to 8 - 10 inches - it is very un-nerving to see it swing side to side that much. I hold my breath whenever we go over any bumps. Even though we are we are within weight limits, I no longer feel comfortable using this rack. We have a two inch hitch....do you think the HR1600 will sway side to side less? I think the answer to this is yes...but can we put the HR1600 on the rear of our car and tow the car behind our motorhome? We couldn’t do that with the HR200Z?Thank you, Dave
